Purpose:
Development of an 860-acre residential community along Ticky Creek and it's tributaries.
Solution:
DCF Consulting prepared hydrology and hydraulic models for the development to reclaim floodplain areas for development. the project included demonstrating that the development would not cause an adverse impact on the creek downstream of the development.
DCF Consulting also prepared the Conditional Letter of Map Revision for submittal to FEMA.
