Copper Mountain Business Park

Purpose:

Given that an existing report was not on file with the City, the City of Casa Grande required the owner/developer to provide a drainage report documenting the existing design as well as the proposed improvements for the site before a building permit would be issued.

Solution:

DCF Consulting provided topographic survey of the site to determine the storage volume of the existing retention basins. DCF Consulting then prepared the drainage report for the Business Park and developed alternatives for the design of the main basin as well as a phasing plan to accommodate future development.
